Contribute to our creative exhibition celebrating refugees and displaced people in our community

We invite our wider community to contribute to an upcoming exhibition, hosted at the Main Library.

We are inviting community contributions from groups, schools, and individuals to collect words, art, and photos that reflect on the theme, 'Community as a Superpower'.

Community as a Superpower

Community is incredible every day. Ordinary and extraordinary. Simple acts of shared generosity. Kindness multiplied to become an unstoppable force!

Join us in celebrating the power of community by sharing what 'Community as a Superpower' means to you and your group.

  • A word or sentence that describes community as a superpower
  • A drawing or piece of art that expresses the power of community
  • A photo that shows 鈥榗ommunity as a superpower鈥 in action

Submissions may be selected to create a community-generated display at an exhibition in the Main Library, and many more entries will also be showcased in the digital gallery.

Who can enter

Everyone is welcome! No matter your age, background or role in the community, we welcome your reflection. We encourage submissions from all walks of life, embracing the diverse voices that make up our wider community.
