European networks

We have a long history of global collaboration and partnership across our teaching and research activity. We collaborate daily with university colleagues around the world - researching, teaching, reviewing academic papers, organising conferences and giving seminars. Universitas 21 (U21) is the leading global network of research-intensive universities, working together to foster global citizenship and institutional innovation through research-inspired teaching and learning, student mobility, connecting students and staff, and wider advocacy for internationalisation.

The League of European Research Universities (LERU), founded in 2002, is a consortium of research-led European Universities that has significantly impacted research policy in Europe.

²έΑρΚΣΖ΅is part of several networks, including UNICA, the network of Universities from the Capitals of Europe.

Founded in 1985 and formally constituted by Charter in 1987, it is a large association of European multidisciplinary universities of high international standards.
