Sorbonne Université was created on January 1st, 2018 from the merger of Paris Sorbonne and Pierre and Marie Curie (UPMC) universities. The Faculty of Arts & Humanities at Sorbonne Université is today the largest and most complete faculty in France, in the field of arts, languages, literature, social sciences and humanities. Committed to the transmission of a humanist culture, its pedagogical excellence is based on the recognised quality of its research to offer the most complete and innovative teaching.

Courses at undergraduate level are taught in French.  

French degree students will be expected to undertake study entirely in French.  For Physics students, there is some teaching at Masters level in English.  However, it may not be possible to study a full course load in English so you must meet minimum language requirements.
