University of Catania

The University of Catania was founded in 1424 and is the oldest university in Sicily as well as the biggest, with more than 60,000 enrolled students. The city of Catania has more than 300,000 residents and is located on the east coast of Sicily. Its old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
